3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in PKR/USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or any other method specified at checkout or you may contact for customer support for that.
• Orders will only be processed upon successful payment verification.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines vary based on order type (ready-to-wear or custom). Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
• Shazad Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
• International shipping may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which the customer must bear.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our custom-made and formal wear, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition to be eligible for exchange or refund (if applicable).
